The Directorate of Literary Arts (DiPA) is headed by the Executive Deputy Secretary General who coordinates Directors of Prose Writing, Screen and Script Writing, Poetry, Literary Criticism and Visual Arts. DiLA is responsible for the development, sustainability, promotion and protection of all forms of Literary Arts.
